What is a Brand Promise?

A Brand Promise is the delivery of meeting and hopefully exceeding what others define about your company. It is not a logo. It starts outside of your company and is not controlled by you or quite frankly us. What is the difference between a can of Coke and a can of RC? When we take a hard look at what each product actually is, it becomes clear that the deliverable product in both cases is water, sugar and artificial coloring. The reason so many of us prefer to buy the more expensive soda is all about the differences we associate with each brand.
